A free account crawls whole sites you have verified as yours, up to 500 pages per crawl, with configurable depth and concurrency. The crawler itself accepts 2,000 pages in a single run, and that ceiling is raised per account rather than sold as a tier.

Yes, for full-site crawls. We generate a meta tag, you put it in the head of the home page on that domain, and we fetch the page once to confirm it. The crawl unlocks for that domain and stays unlocked while the tag is there. Single-page audits never need it: they fetch one URL the way any visitor or search engine would. The gate exists because a crawl makes hundreds of real requests to a real server, and nobody should be able to point ours at a site they have no relationship with.

Free searches are anonymous and rate-limited by a hashed IP. We never store your raw IP. Crawl results for the free tier are transient and used only to show your preview.
